The X Element: Big name champ, who has showed up on shows including The Main Way Is Essex (Towie), shared a video to Instagram which remembered a clasp of the couple for a vehicle with McKenna holding up ultrasound examines.
The 31-year-old subtitled the post: "A tad of you and a tad of me… presently we're a family."
In the video, Burke is seen holding McKenna's knock and another clasp shows McKenna having a child examine in emergency clinic.
