Lili confirmed to be a part of Tekken 8
After months of waiting, Bandai Namco, the developer behind Tekken 8, has announced that popular character Lili will be part of the upcoming fighting game. The announcement was made a few hours ago through the official account, when the trailer was released confirming the appearance of Lili. " One two three ! Lili is looking for Salt in #TEKKEN8,” the tweet read.
The French fighter was first introduced in 2005's Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection. Lili is known for her ability to pull off long, powerful combos with her flexible and graceful fighting style while executing fabulous kicks and looking stunning. In the trailer, the blonde character can be seen running after her cat while saying, "Jump, wait."
Lili is presented with the epithet "rebellious heiress" while wearing a pink dress and chasing her cat. She continues to rage while asking a warning question, "Of course you don't think...can you hit me?" Lili then hits the enemies with a series of kicks, punches and power moves, then says, "Did you make up an excuse if you lose?"
She defeats her opponent and sings "One, two, three!" Farewell", before picking up his cat, hugging him and commenting: "Oh my little salt! You are here to celebrate my victory! Meanwhile, fans beamed with delight at the announcement, noting the changes in Lili's appearance, especially the improved eye and hair design. Players are also excited for new moves, combos, and customization options once the next game launches.

Ready to kill the day and chase the salt before teatime [tea emoji],” while a third commented, “She looks MUCH better now than she did in Tekken 7, the biggest change here is the huhu eyes that she sees look more like an anime girl than before."
