Dress To Impress Creator "Gigi" Allegations are a set of accusations made in late September 2024 by a number of X / Twitter users against Gigi, the developer of the Roblox game Dress to Impress (DTI). The initial set of accusations came from X user @MrsSpongeys. According to the claims, Gigi intended to fraudulently DMCA strike Mrs. Spongeys' game, fat shame her, and frame her for rape if IT GIRL became popular. Gigi was also accused of emailing sexual photographs of individuals on Discord servers with kids present, making racist remarks, and asking youngsters to undress her when she was still a juvenile. Additionally, Gigi was said to have cast doubt on a worker's mental health issues. The 17-year-old Gigi issued a statement immediately after the accusations were made, refuting the claims of racism and encouraging kids to have nude photos, and apologized for some of the things she had done, such as handling her employee's mental health and the NSFW server.

On September 30, 2024, X[1] user @MrsSpongeys, who made the Roblox game IT GIRL, which is similar to Dress to Impress, shared a link to a Google Doc in which she made accusations against Dress to Impress's developer, Gigi. The accusations were also written by the user in a thread. She writes:
A few days following the release of IT GIRL. But in the last few days, a few of her former devs have gotten in touch with me and shared some of the things she's said about me and my game. Her former developers have said that she often criticizes both myself and my game in a group chat with her colleagues and friends. I won't let this slide since they weren't simply small-minded remarks; some very horrible things were spoken.
First, if her game became viral, the user claims that Gigi intended to frame her for rape. She provides two screenshots of DMs from purported DTI devs stating this as proof.
Second, the user alleges that Gigi attempted to erroneously file a DMCA against IT GIRL for defrauding the DTI. She states that she started working on her game a year ago and enumerates the real people who she claims were influences. She repeats the accusations in filtered direct messages from DTI developers. Furthermore, according to Spongeys, Gigi got a picture of her and fat shamed her.
Spongeys continues by asserting that Gigi took no action to halt her game's detractors. She says that after hearing reports that the Google Doc was being made, Gigi apologized to her. Later in the discussion, she expresses her regret.
The post earned over 19,000 likes in two days.
The Allegations of Chowiru
Later on September 30th, 2024, X[2] user @Chowiru, an ex-employee of Gigi's, posted a thread stating that Gigi doubted their mental health difficulties and suicide attempts when they sought to speak up to her about it after being inactive for some time to cope with their mental health struggles. Chowiru allegedly requested payment for their labor the day they returned from the break, which is why Gigi allegedly had some misgivings about Chowiru. Chowiru sent screenshots from Discord as proof of this.

In response to the accusations made against X, Gigi published a Google Doc on the evening of September 30, 2024,[4] which received over 5,400 likes in just two days.
The apology is written at the beginning of the statement:
I want to start by sincerely apologizing for any harm I may have caused and for any remarks I may have made that may have offended someone. I'm very sorry; I realize that my words and deeds have affected individuals, even though I never intended to offend or hurt anyone. I'm learning, and I understand that having a large platform requires me to be more watchful. That's mine. I'm determined to improve going future.
Gigi adds that much of the evidence provided against was obtained from when she was 14 and that she's 17 today. She writes that she's part of the LGBTQ+ community and not homophobic.
