Rather, Kal-El pushes her aside while attempting to resolve a disagreement with Lois. Furious, Kara approaches Superman, believing that this world has rendered him weak and vulnerable. Kara puts on a suit of armor and fastens it with a tech bracelet. Subsequently, Kara begins to physically abuse Superman, adamant that he submit to the "new Kryptonian empire." It seems that she is following orders to integrate with Earth. Although Clark can hold his own, he lacks Kara's level of conditioning.
Kara seems quicker, stronger, and much more capable than before since she is more aware of her skills. Her superior thermal vision over Clark's makes this clear. Unbelievably, Kara also verges on frying citizens. Clark is astounded by her callousness. She does, however, have some pity for her cousin and others who are close to him. She seems to be over the catastrophe, but then a voice in her ear persists in persuading her to be cold-blooded and callous. He addresses her as "scion," yet she addresses him as "father." Michael Emerson's Brainiac is confirmed to be this by the end credits. He seems to use some kind of mind-control method to influence her behavior. At last, Supergirl renders Superman unconscious and transports him to the skies. The episode closes on a horrifying note with Kara traveling to Brainiac's lair in space, whatever that may be.

In addition, he could try to indoctrinate Superman and develop a more lethal weapon of mass devastation. It's possible that Brainiac will be able to harness this energy to build more lethal robots or to fuel Kara's suit.
Brainiac robots were seen on Jor-El's spacecraft in My Adventures with Superman, and during the course of the story, they were also seen in visions of invasions and flashbacks. It seems sense that Brainiac would want to enhance and develop them inside his legion. He's interested in conquering the galaxy, thus having more machines would be beneficial. This may also power his spacecraft, building the most terrifying Kryptonian fleet to date. Lasly, nobody is aware of the extent of Brainiac's workshop or lab. Since cloning has played a significant role in the DC Superman mythology, Brainiac may decide to clone himself in order to create his own Man of Steel, which might easily reinterpret Bizarro's idea. Brainiac is even capable of reframing his own Superboy concept.
