The Irish Film Classification Office (IFCO) has revealed ahead of its October 4 release that the film will last 137 minutes and 49 seconds, so Joker 2 clocks in slightly over 2 hours and 17 minutes.

Director Todd Phillips remarked of the movie during the CinemaCon panel: "We never really talked about it like way, but I like to say it's a picture where music is a vital aspect. That doesn't seem too far from the first movie, to me.
"Arthur has music in him yet he is odd and aloof and all these things. He comes across as elegant. That affected a lot of the first movie's dance; it felt not like such a large step here. Though strange, I believe it will make sense when you see it."
Lady Gaga recently spoke about playing Harley Quinn, previewing a "very authentic" rendition of the venerable character.
"You know my version of Harley is mine, and it's quite honest to this movie and these characters," Gaga remarked in an Access Hollywood interview.
"I've never done anything like I have in this movie before, so it's all going to be absolutely brand-new and really fun."
